The pictures below were from the 1/19/08 ride to Sacramento, Ca. When we left, the temperature was about 36 degrees. As we advanced over the Antioch bridge, the fog thickened. For about the next 10 miles, you could only see about 3 bikes in front of you. We arrived in Sacto at about 10AM where we met Mike & Deb. We parked about 2 blocks from the Capital and took a tour. It was very interesting. Afterwards, we left for Old Sacramento and had lunch at Joe's Crab Shack. Not bad food at all. We were even treated to a floor show by all the servers. Alyesa really got the rhythm and we had to keep her from jumping up and joining in the line dancing. Bob arranged to meet one of his internet friends (Paul). This was the first time he had been exposed to a GWRRA Chapter. He enjoyed meeting everyone. The ride back was great. The temperature was bout 57 degrees and a real joy.
